Saturday 4th - Saturday 11th March 2023
Come and join us for a week's training camp with our top three coaches Ant, Kelly and Tom who will assist and help you make REAL improvements to become a better triathlete.
There is a PACKED timetable however you are welcome to take part in as much or as little as you'd like. Our goal is to facilitate you at your level and encourage you to learn and achieve.
The week will consist of:
Swimming sessions (in the hotel's 8 lane 25m pool and open water sea swims) + Video Analysis
Daily rides on amazing routes right from the hotel door, with multiple options to shorten/lengthen the rides based on ability and how "up for it" you are
Running sessions and coaching on running technique as well as structured sessions
Transition skills training to get you ready for the forthcoming events season
Strength and conditioning workshops
A chance to work on your training plan for the year ahead
And lots of sunshine!
Example day itinerary:
7:20: Briefing session
7.30: 60 minute group swim session (speed, technique, strength, etc)
9.30 - 12.00 Bike ride (ranges from 40km to 120km for people's different abilities)
12.00: Cafe stop
12.30 - 14.00: Free time
14.00: Swim filming and Analysis or skills workshop
15.00 - 16.00: Free time
16.00 - 17.00: Optional Run session
18.30: Group Meal. Endless opportunities to chat with the team, to learn, develop and become a better triathlete.
The package includes an apartment at The Sands Beach Resort based on two people sharing for 7 nights accommodation (Saturday - Saturday). If you are not coming with a partner or friend, we will match you up to a same-sex person to share a room with. You will need to book your flights independently and make sure you have the correct travel insurance.
